Dear Potential Sponsor,

Thank you for your interest and supporting youth baseball in Clarington.

The Clarington Renegades are a competitive baseball program formed in the spring of 2018 in Clarington and a member of the Fergie Jenkins Showcase League that prides itself on developing successful baseball players on and off the field.

The team members of Clarington Renegades 11U & 18U would like to extend an opportunity for you to help our teams pursue their dreams of competing against the finest players and teams in Ontario.

During the spring and summer our teams will compete against other teams from across the Province including a 24-30 game schedule as well as a showcase tournaments in the United States featuring some of the best youth teams in Canada and the United States, numerous exhibition games to broaden our competitive experience and indoor winter training and practice sessions each week.

The Clarington Renegades goal is to provide a positive environment for the development of our youth, building skills and ability, character, self-esteem, confidence, and love of the game.

We are looking for sponsors which will help offset the cost of registration, uniforms, equipment, field rentals, umpires, and tournaments for our families. Attached is a breakdown of the four sponsorship levels we are offering. Any assistance your company could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Sponsorship Levels

Cost of Hall of Fame package is $5,000 per season and includes:

1. Official Title Sponsor status with the right to use Clarington Renegades logo and “Sponsor of Clarington Renegades” in advertising.

2. Sponsor name on sleeve of alternate jersey for all Clarington Renegades teams

3. Sponsor of Clarington Renegades Summer Camp Week

4. Logo on all t-shirts for Clarington Renegades Summer Camp participants

5. Listing with the sponsor’s logo on Clarington Renegades website under Hall of Fame Sponsor with link to Sponsor website

6. Recognition on Clarington Renegades Social Media platforms

7. A press release to local media outlets regarding sponsorship

8. A Sponsor’s Plaque for display at the Sponsor’s place of business

9. Thank you letter from Clarington Renegades

Cost of the Grand Slam package is $1,200 per season and includes:

1. Official Sponsor status with the right to use Clarington Renegades logo and “Sponsor of Clarington Renegades” in advertising.

2. Your organization’s logo on sleeve of one team’s jerseys

3. Listing with the sponsor’s logo on Clarington Renegades website under Grand Slam Sponsor with link to Sponsor website

4. Recognition on Clarington Renegades Social Media platforms

5. A Sponsor’s Plaque for display at the Sponsor’s place of business

6. Thank you letter from Clarington Renegades

Cost of the Home Run package is $800 per season and includes:

1. Your organization’s logo on sleeve of one team’s practice jerseys

2. Listing with the sponsor’s logo on Clarington Renegades website under Home Run Sponsor with link to Sponsor website

3. Recognition on Clarington Renegades Social Media platforms

4. A Sponsor’s Plaque for display at the Sponsor’s place of business

5. Thank you letter from Clarington Renegades

Cost of the Diamond package is $400 per season and includes:

1. Listing with the sponsor’s logo on Clarington Renegades website under Diamond Sponsor with link to Sponsor website
